Our Staff Structure
The management of the parking area is based on a balance of efficiency of operation and the levels of services, while minimizing the costs. To this end, we propose that the staff comprise of these main poins.
Parking Operation Manager
He is responsible for overall duties related to the parking operation such as, staff recruitment, entry-exit controls, equipment settings, liaison with the Mall Owners, redressed of customer grievances, coordination with security and maintenance. He also ensures that the staff is properly dressed-up in proper uniforms and nameplates, is well behaved and prompts. He will manage the issues related to loss/damage to the vehicles and will deal in the case where the visitor has lost his parking ticket. The most important job of the Manager is to deposit the sale to the designated person.
Assistant Manager
Work in coordination with Parking Manager and helps him in performing his duties smoothly. He acts as a Manager if manager is absent due to any reason he reports to Parking Manager. He distributes the work among the staff and keeps the vigil on them. He keeps the records of working and tracks the sales and helps in smooth functioning of parking process.
Parking Attendant
He guides the commuter and helps them in finding space for parking.
Cashier
He collects the cash and generally stands at exit gate of premises.
Ticket Distributor
He provides ticket to commuters and stands at entry gate of mall/premises
